Seeghra Darshan is a special entry darshan program offered by the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala. It is a fast-track darshan program that allows devotees to have a hassle-free darshan of Lord Venkateswara without having to wait in long queues for hours.

Seeghra Darshan tickets are available online and can also be booked through various TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) centers across the country. The tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be booked up to three months in advance. The ticket price is nominal, and devotees can book a maximum of two tickets per person.

Seeghra Darshan is a unique and hassle-free experience that allows devotees to have a close and peaceful darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Seegha Darshan Prices and Procedures

  • The ticket for the Seeghra Darshan Special Entry is 300 rupees per individual.
  • For an Rs. 300 Darshan pass, a devotee must also go to the Tirupati Head Post Office at Mallaiah Gunta Katta, Tata Nagar, close to Gangamma Temple, is the location of the Tirupati Head Post Office.
    Tirupati and Renigunta both have E-Darshan Counters accessible. Right across from Renigunta Railway Station is a counter selling Dashan tickets for Rs. 300. On the route from the bus station to Kapila Theertham, there is a Rs 300 Darshan Ticket Counter at Sri Vari Sannidhi.
    A devotee may also make a reservation through a designated post office, a center in a different city, or the internet.
    Under 1 year old, kids receive a free special entry darshan.
    On the official TTD website, one can also purchase a Rs 300 Darshan pass.

  • Regular Daily Slots are between 10 AM to 4 PM and the days are Tuesday, Monday, Saturday, and Sunday 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Note: The timings may vary on holidays and on days when the rush is heavy.
  • When a devotee is permitted to wait in the Darshan queue, Darshan typically lasts between 1:30 min. to 2 hours. A devotee can purchase extra laddu tokens from the vaikuntam line for Rs. 25 each. A total of 4 laddus can be purchased from the laddu counter by a devotee.
  • Subject to quota availability, a devotee may reserve Special Entry Darshan passes for the current day three hours prior to the Darshan Slot. A devotee may purchase seats for Darshan while also making an eHundi offering.

Special Entry Darshan for the Elderly & Physically Handicapped

  • The elderly (over 65 years old) and physically disabled subjects are guided by Darshan through a separate entrance from Dakshina Mada Street.
  • The devotees who fall into this category will be allowed in two separate locations at 10 am and 3 pm on a regular basis upon presentation of the age verification identification cards or medical certificates and should report two hours before the distinct time slot.
  • The traveler who received a Special Darshan cannot receive one until 90 days have passed.

What is the Dress Code for Special Entry Darshan for Rs. 300?

When planning a Seeghra Darshan or a Special Darshan at Tirumala, one must adhere to the Tirumala Seva dress code. Before entering the sanctuary to receive Lord Sri Venkateswara’s darshan, the outfit worn by the explorer should be “better than average.”

For MEN – The preferred attire for men is a dhoti or pajamas with an outer garment.
WOMEN – The recommended attire is a saree, half-saree, and shirt, or a churidar and pajamas.

  • Before you set out on your trip to Tirumala, pay respect to your Ishta Daivam or Kula Daivam.
  • Please only make donations in the Hundi.
  • Put on a tilak in accordance with your affiliation.
  • Follow the temple’s procedures and wait patiently for your time to see the Lord.
  • Plan your trip and lodging in Tirumala well in advance.
  • Keep your attention on Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy inside the temple.
  • Never wear sandals or chappals of any kind.
  • Children under the age of 12 ought to provide age proof.
  • Before entering, a devotee must present the initial form of id used during registration. Before entering the temple, luggage should be submitted to the nearest deposit counters.
